Took a step down from leading positions to focus more on my craft. Finally an opportunity to learn from a mentor that has my age in experience within agency/design industry.

Worked directly under creative director to make cool shit the entire time. After a strong relationship was built, the trust was given to start leading campaigns and executions on my own.

Conducted research of current design trends & manipulated to coinside brand aesthetics

Overseeing access control design for all festival weekend (Wristbands, Artist Cred, parking, etc.)

Branding/designing decor assets for festival grounds, including, but not limited to: Vendor signage, stage headers/scrim,

On-stage in-house ads, Bae Bar branding (Female aspect to festival)

1ST in-house designer hired and trusted to build small knitted

I had just recently flunked out of FAU business school and wanted to begin pursuing design professionally, and why not fake needing internship hours as a college student for a media company in Mizner, Boca Raton. since I had been doing it on the side for years i figured this would be an easy way to get started

Work with the design team to generate ideas for new pitches/proposals + research and conceptualize campaign ideas

Producing layouts and exploring brand concept and logos

Design creative assets including web banners, e-blast and landing pages
